A: 1.There are 2 production lines of NB. One is in guangxi province covering at 3000 square meters, another is in guangdong-- 20000square meters. Which means it is not possible for us to leave after receive deposit, your money, we guarantee.

Q: How about product quality control?
A: 1.All of our products have three inspections, incoming inspection, full inspection before packaging, and sampling before delivery. Provide customers with assured products
2.Most of our workers have more than ten years experience in inflatable industry. They have good grasp of every detail, strict management, so that quality, delivery time to customer ease.
3.Our factory advanced production equipment, have sophisticated testing equipment. such as special test air pressure.
4.We have a design department control the design and also special man to conduct a safety review of the design, moreoevr there are special production documents to control the production

Shipping FAQ

Q: What is the estimated shipping and transit time?
A: In stock orders will be shipped out within 72h,Custom made product is depend on kinds. For normal bounce house 15-20days after drawing confirmed. (Adjusted according to the off-peak season)
A tracking number will be provided after order is shipped.

Q: What's the delivery time for custom made? If need in urgent?
A: 1.More than 90% of the factories are local employees, which reduces the mobility of personnel and enhances the stability of product quality
2.There are rush order processing process and peak period to ensure delivery process. We can adjust production plan for special orders if it is in a rush.
3.Strong material reserve capacity: more materials are stocked each time, saving more material costs and saving time for feeding

Q: Are shipping charges included in the price of my purchase?
A: No. All price is not with shipping. Please contact us and send your full address to check the shipping cost.

Q: What kind of shipping methods do you use?
A: We can send via Express like DHL,UPS.FEDEX.etc.. Also send by sea, by air.

A: After picks up your order from our factory, we will email you the same day to let you know your order has been shipped.

A: 1.Our factory Established a ""customer complaint management and control system"", and effectively analyzed and improved abnormal times, and responded in a timely manner
2.There is a clear time to deal with customer complaints and after-sales: 24 hours of work must have a preliminary response
